Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has started delivering its premium touring bike Gold Wing Tour in India from Tuesday. Honda Motorcycles will provide the new Gold Wing through its premium retail outlet Honda BigWing Topline in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bangalore and Indore.

The Japanese two-wheeler brand has also stated that the first batch of this premium touring motorcycle was fully booked within 24 hours of announcing the bookings opening. In India, the Gold Wing Tour is sold as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). CBU means that this bike is imported in wholly assembled form. It is sold in India without any changes.
Commenting on the commencement of deliveries of the 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Director of Sales and Marketing, HMSI, said that the motorcycle is a premium touring model that many worldwide want to adopt. He also added, “It is equipped with top-notch amenities providing both comfort and luxury.”
The new Honda Gold Wing Tour is available in two variants in the Indian market. One of them comes with a manual gearbox, while the other gets a DCT with airbags. The manual variant costs ₹37,20,342 (ex-showroom), while the DCT variant costs ₹39,16,055 (ex-showroom).
The manual transmission variant is available in the Pearl Glare White colour option. The DCT variant gets Gunmetal Black Metallic with Matte Morion Black paint.
The motorcycle is equipped with a 1,833 cc, flat-six, liquid-cooled, BS-VI engine capable of churning out a maximum power of 124.7 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm of peak torque at 4,500 rpm.
This luxury tourer comes with a slew of features. These include full-LED lighting, dual USB Type-C ports, 7-inch TFT display, gyrocompass navigation, etc. It also gets an upgraded audio system, passenger audio control, TPMS etc.
