Ola Electric Scooters Company has just launched two models S1 and S1 Pro, in the market. The company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bhavish Aggarwal said on Friday that Ola S1 and S1 Pro sold Rs 600 crore on the first day on Thursday. Then the next day, the company recorded an earning of Rs 500 crore.

Bhavish Aggarwal said in a tweet that his company had broken its record, and sales of Rs 1100 crore were made in just two days. According to Agarwal, the subsequent sale of Ola Scooters will come on November 1. Therefore, those who have not yet booked the Ola scooter can do this work from now on. According to the company, the purchase window of Ola e-scooters has currently been closed and will be re-opened on November 1.

Even after the purchase window is closed, customers can book the scooter by visiting olaelectric.com. The purchase window will be opened again on November 1, just before Diwali. Ola S1 and S1 Pro will be sold in this second sale. Ola scooter alone has earned as much as the entire two-wheeler industry makes in a day. This shows how fast the demand for electric vehicles is increasing in India.

Earlier on September 8, it was announced to bring the sale of Ola electric scooter. But due to a glitch in the website, it got delayed by a week. For this, Ola first started the reservation, which was launched in July. Those who had booked in advance during the reservation were given a chance to buy Ola scooters in these two days. In the same two days, Rs 1100 crore has been earned.

When will you get the scooter?
The Ola S1 has been kept at Rs 99,999, while the cost of the S1 Pro is fixed at Rs 1,29,999. If customers want, they can take advantage of the Fame 2 subsidy started by the Center and the subsidy is given by the state governments.
The states have fixed the rate of subsidy according to their own, based on which the price of Ola scooter will be reduced. The deliveries of Ola scooters will be started from October.
