Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has reportedly sold the bungalow where his parents Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan once lived in South Delhi. The name of this house is Sopan, and it was registered in the name of his mother, Teji. Located in the capital’s Gulmohar Park, this house is said to be the first home of the Bachchan family. A new report has claimed that Amitabh Bachchan has sold this bungalow for Rs 23 crore.
Avani Badar has bought the bungalow.
According to the Economic Times, this bungalow has been bought by the CEO of Nazon Group of Companies, Avani Badar. Avni has reportedly known Amitabh Bachchan for 35 years and lives close to the property in Delhi. In the data shared by Zapki, the property is spread over 418.05 square meters, and the deal was finalized on December 7.
Because of this, the bungalow will be demolished.
In a particular conversation with the website, Avani Badar said, “This is an old construction, so we will structure and build it according to our needs. We have lived in this area for several years and are looking for an additional property. When this offer came, we immediately said yes and got the property.
Bachchan family lives in ‘Jalsa.’
