‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’ Producer Binaifer Kohli Faces Problem in Guideline

Three months later, the Maharashtra government has permitted to start shooting with a 16-page guideline. There are many shows whose shooting has started from June 23. Meanwhile, it is told that Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai that the producer Binafar Kohli is upset with some rules of the guidelines. Due to which the shoot has not started yet.

How Is The Guideline

  • According to the guidelines from the Maharashtra government, the makers are not allowed to shoot for more than 8 hours.
  • Thermal checkup of every staff on the set is mandatory.
  • Only 33 per cent of the crew is allowed to be on the set.
  • Along with this, it is also the responsibility of the producer to get 50 lakhs insurance for every member for the safety of the staff.

Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Difficult To Work In 8-Hour Shift

According to a recent report by Pinkvilla, the comedy-drama show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Makers Binafar said, “The concern and thinking of the association are right because it is a question of life.” But working in an 8-hour shift will not stop. First of all, we have to do a thermal checkup of 40 to 50 people, prepare a daily report. Apart from this, no other staff can come on the set when the actor is present. Lightman will go out after checking the light. The angle will be changed again after the actor leaves. This is not possible in 8 hours.

An episode is ready in one and a half days which will now make in two and a half days. Then there is also a lunch break. How will the output be obtained? We need a bank of multiple episodes when we are on air.

Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Actors Are Not Ready For Pickets

The guideline clearly states that the makers cannot cut the salary of the artist, but the producers will have to take such a step if the channels are not ad-supported. This is the demand of time. Regarding this, Binafar said, ‘No actor taking more salary is ready for the pay. And we have been told that actors cannot replace. Many producers are facing this kind of problem. We are talking not only of 10 thousand people daily but of those who take more salary.

Problems Will Increase Due To Rain

If any person in the set malfunctions, then all staff members will be quarantined until their report. On this, Binafar explains, ‘Even if a person has a fever due to the rainy season, then we have to stop the entire shooting for four days. Until that person’s report arrives. But I have full faith in the association. His staff has been without any work for three months. They have to start work for the team as soon as possible ‘.
