Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam has received threats to do a show for free. Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Amit Satam has claimed that a person named Rajendra has threatened Sonu to do a free show. The MLA has also dragged Iqbal Singh Chahal, the cousin of the Mumbai Municipal Commissioner (BMC Commissioner), in his charge. However, Iqbal has called this allegation against him a lie.
Sent threatening messages to Singer: BJP MLA
The MLA said that Rajendra had threatened Sonu Nigam to perform for free in the international concert. According to these allegations made by MLA Satam, Iqbal got Rajendra identified with Sonu Nigam. Later, Rajendra asked Sonu to perform in an international music concert.
After this, Sonu asked Rajendra to talk to his promoter Rocky, who handles the international concerts of the Singer. Rajendra did not like this thing of Sonu, and he threatened Singer in filthy language. According to the MLA, he said that the message sent by Rajendra is obscene, and his voice is threatening.
According to reports, Sonu Nigam has audio recordings of messages sent by Rajendra. Referring to the source, the MLA said that Sonu has not yet filed any complaint on this matter.
Iqbal Singh Chahal gave this clarification on the allegations.
At the same time, Iqbal Singh Chahal has clarified this whole matter. He said- ‘Rajendra is neither my cousin nor distant relative. I can say this with full responsibility. I belong to the same district where I was born in Rajasthan. Action should be taken on him for his misbehaviour. All are self-dependent. I want to say here. I have never been into such things.
