BMC Notice To Sonu Sood: Bollywood actor Sonu Sood keeps getting stuck in some trouble every day. The Brihmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sent a notice to Sonu. He has been asked to convert the six-storey building he had transformed into a hotel again into a residential building.
This notice was issued for Sonu on November 15. This notice has been sent to remove the illegal construction done to make this building a hotel.
Sonu was asked by the BMC earlier this year to convert his Juhu hotel into a residential building and remove the illegal construction. Sonu had said in the Bombay High Court that he obeys the BMC and will himself get this building renovated.

BMC has said in the notice that Sonu has not yet renovated this building. In the notice, BMC said that you had been told that you would stop the activities on the first and sixth floors. Also, you said that it would be used for the residents and said that you are getting some important work done. The BMC official inspected the site on October 20. It was seen that you had not started the work as per the plan.
