SAI USA INC has filed a case against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract during his 2015 North America tour. Amit Jaitley, who organized the show in America, has told that this matter is of 6 shows. Kapil Sharma was paid for the show in North America in 2015 but did not perform in a single show. When an attempt was made to talk to Kapil Sharma about this, he never got any reply.
Kapil Sharma did not return the amount.
Amit Jaitley says that Kapil Sharma had told him that he would compensate for the loss, but it did not happen. He further added that the case is still pending in the New York Court, and he will take legal action against Kapil Sharma.
