Ghanshyam Nayak Last Wish: Actor Ghanshyam Nayak, who played the character of Nattu Kaka in the country’s most popular show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, is no longer in this world.
Ghanshyam Nayak lost the battle of cancer on Monday and said goodbye to his loved ones forever. Ghanshyam Nayak’s last wish was that he wanted to die with makeup; that is, he wanted to leave this world while working. This was revealed by his friend Abhilash.
Ghanshyam Nayak could not shoot due to illness, but his friends and family fulfilled his last wish. Ghanshyam Nayak’s full makeup was done before the last rites, and then he was taken to the crematorium. Recalling his previous conversation with Ghanshyam Nayak, Abhilash said he wanted to die with makeup and work till his last breath.

Ghanshyam had expressed his desire in front of his friend when he returned to Mumbai after completing the shooting of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah in Daman. Abhilash said Ghanshyam had called him and said that God had blessed me that this episode was handled well and appreciated.

At the same time, on the death of Ghanshyam Nayak, the show’s actress Munmun Dutta wrote a very emotional post. Babita Ji, aka Munmun, wrote- His fighting spirit and inspirational words that I remember the most in adversity. He said two verses in Sanskrit about how his pronunciation is correct and precise after recovering from chemo. We gave him a standing ovation on the sets.
Munmun wrote that he always had the best things to say about our set, unit, and team. This was his second ‘home’. He used to affectionately call me ‘Dikri’ and considered me as his daughter. He spent a lot of laughing moments with all of us. I remember he used to share stories of his childhood struggles.
