The case against Kapil Sharma in New York
When asked the reason for rescheduling the shows, Sam Singh said in a conversation with ETimes – it is our internal decision that we will show on a new date. It has nothing to do with any fake case. It is known that Sai USA Inc had filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for violating the 2015 North America tour contract.
America’s well-known promoter Amit Jaitley alleges that Kapil had signed six shows in North America in 2015, for which Kapil was also paid. But Kapil did not perform in one of the six cities. Kapil had promised us to pay the damages. This case is still going on in New York. No reaction has come out from Kapil Sharma’s side regarding this matter. Comedy King is constantly sharing pictures and videos of his tour on social media.
Kapil Sharma will return to TV in mid-September with his comedy show. The show went off the air only last month.
