This is probably the best time for Bollywood A-listers to announce their digital debut. Madhuri Dixit Nene and Ajay Devgn recently made their streaming debut with ‘The Fame Game’ and ‘Rudra: The Age of Darkness’. Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed that she is ready to make her OTT debut.
The actress has joined acting in a film directed by Sujoy Ghosh, best known for her thriller film Kahaani. The film, which also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma, has been described as a murder mystery.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is making her OTT debut with a film based on Japanese author Keigo Higashino’s bestselling novel, The Devotion of Suspect X. Production for the project, which will land on a popular streaming platform, will begin next week in Darjeeling. While the studio behind the film has not yet made an official announcement.
A source from a leading news portal shared, “It is a two-week schedule in the hill station in which Kareena, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma will be seen in crucial sequences of the film. Meanwhile, a part of the production design team will put up a set at Mehboob Studio. Shooting in Mumbai will start by the end of May. Sujoy hopes to shoot a portion of the film before it rains in the city.

Also, I am getting an opportunity to work with Kareena, Jaideep and Vijay. What more can be asked for than this.”
I will also be seen with Aamir in ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’
Kareena’s next release will be ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, the much-awaited Hindi remake of ‘Forrest Gump, in which she will be seen opposite Aamir Khan. It marks the reunion of actors after ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Talaash’. This film will hit the theatres on August 11 this year. His OTT film, which does not have a title, is expected to release next year.
