Chhichhore Film Awarded as the Best Hindi Film in National Award


The 67th National Film Awards (67th National Film Awards) were held in the country’s capital today, i.e. on Monday. In this ceremony, the film ‘Chhichhore’ was awarded the National Award for Best Hindi Film. Sushant Singh Rajput was seen in an essential role in this film. The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer was directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

Apart from Sushant, the film also featured Varun Sharma and Shraddha Kapoor. The entire team is happy with the National Award for the film. At the same time, the producer of the film Sajid Nadiadwala remembered the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on this occasion and this award was also dedicated to him. I shared a post on the official Twitter handle of Sajid’s production house, in which the photo of Sajid and Sushant was also shared.

Sharing Sushant’s photo, Sajid’s production house wrote in his tweet- “A proud moment for all of us at NGE (Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment) today, as we have received the prestigious National Award for Chhichhore. Thanks, Nitesh Tiwari, for this unique film. We are grateful for all the love and dedicate this award to Sushant Singh Rajput.


According to online media reports, during this ceremony, Nitesh Tiwari and Sajid Nadiadwala spoke on Sushant Singh Rajput. He said that Sushant was an essential part of our film. He has made us proud. We are dedicating this award to him.

Adorned with many stars like Shraddha Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Sharma and Tahir Raj Bhasin, the film received a lot of love from the audience. The film was based on college life, with which one could connect to a person who had lived such a college life. The film did a great job at the box office, and there was only one reason for this, its great and robust content.

This was the last film of Sushant Singh Rajput, which was released at the box office. After this 2019 film, Sushant did the film Drive in the same year, released on the OTT platform. Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020. His body was found from his apartment. After his death, his last film Dil Bechara was released, which got a lot of love from the audience.
