The NCB, which probed the Bollywood drug connection, had started an inquiry into actor Arjun Rampal. The NCB, meanwhile, suspected that Arjun Rampal was likely to flee to South Africa. The NCB had written a similar letter to the Consulate General of South Africa. This has been revealed from the charge sheet of NCB.

Actor Arjun Rampal in NCB ChargeSheet?
The NCB had, on November 13, interrogated Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal for seven hours in a drugs case. Paul Giard, a foreign friend of Arjun, was arrested during the probe. The NCB had questioned Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend, Gabriela Demetriadis, for two days in a row.
It is a bad thing to tarnish the reputation of any innocent person. I have nothing to do with this drug case. But Arjun Rampal had claimed after the NCB inquiry that what the NCB was doing in this regard was right. I have a prescription for the drug that the NCB has found in my house, and I have handed it over to the investigating officer of the NCB. He had also made it clear that he fully cooperated with the investigation into the matter.
NCB Raided House
The NCB had raided Arjun Rampal’s house in Bandra. In it, the NCB seized his laptop, mobile phone and tab from Arjun’s home. Arjun’s driver was also questioned at the time. Arjun Rampal and Gabriela Demetriadis were then given notice of inquiry.
Within hours of the raid, the NCB found two types of tablets in his home. The first pill was called ‘ULTRACET’. This pill can be taken only on the advice of experts. The medicine is made from two types of drugs, TRAMADOL (also known as ISIS drugs) and ACETAMINOPHEN.
A packet of ‘ULTFACET’ contains a total of 15 tablets. The NCB found the remaining four bullets in the package. The second tablet that was seized from Arjun Rampal’s house is called ‘CLONAZEPAM’. This pill is taken on the problem of a panic attack and anxiety. The NCB had found two packets of the tablet.
Arjun Rampal had said during the raid, NCB officials seized his dog’s painkillers and his sister’s anxiety medication.
