Now to think about is that Aryan Khan was arrested, and so much time has passed. After this, reports are coming that he was not a part of the drug transaction nor from him. Only no drugs have been recovered.
Vijay Pagare stated on November 7
Well, let us tell you that a statement of Vijay Pagare, a witness, in this case, came out on November 7 2021, according to which he had claimed that Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan had been implicated in the drugs cruise case.
Vijay had told news agency ANI that, ‘I had given money to Sunil Patil for some work in 2018-19 and was following him for six months to get his money back. We met in a hotel room only in September. At that time, Sunil Patil told Bhanushali that a game had happened.
After this, on October 3, Bhanushali and I met. During this, he asked me to accompany him to get the money. When I was in that car, he heard him saying that a deal of Rs 25 crore was finalized, but Rs 18 crore and Rs 50 lakh had been completed. After this, we reached the NCB office, where I saw the whole atmosphere.
When I returned to the hotel, I saw on TV that Shah Rukh Khan’s son had been caught. I understood a big mistake at that time, and Aryan Khan had been implicated.

Earlier, Vijay Pagare, in a conversation with a Marathi channel, had also alleged that the raid was pre-planned.
