A dream come true for the TV audience of the 90s. His childhood favourite and India’s first superhero, Shaktimaan, will now hit the big screen. In February this year, Mukesh Khanna and Sony Pictures announced that they had joined hands for a three-part film on Shaktimaan.

Reports revealed that Ranveer Singh had been approached for this role with a banging energy star. Now the news is coming that this film has also got a director. It is being told that Om Raut, who worked with Ajay Devgan on ‘Tanhaji’, will direct it.

The makers were told to have approached Om Raut to bring Pandit Gangadhar Vidyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri aka ‘Shaktimaan’ on the big screen. If this news is actual, then ‘Shaktimaan’ is in very reliable hands.

Working with Prabhas
Om Raut works with Pan India star Prabhas on the film ‘Adipurush’. This film based on Ramayana will be a story with great visuals. Along with Prabhas, the film also stars Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh.
