Rakhi said that Ritesh had decided to separate from him. In an interview, Rakhi Sawant said that Ritesh stayed with his mother in his house as he did not want to pay Rs 2 crore as a penalty to the Big Boss team.
In the year 2019, Rakhi got married to Ritesh. However, later it was found that both marriages were not legally valid, as Ritesh is already married. His wife is Snigdha Priya, and he also has a child. Ritesh is not divorced from Snigdha. In such a situation, his marriage with Rakhi is not honourable. In a conversation with E-Times, Rakhi told about her fear haunting her inside Bigg Boss house, lest Ritesh leaves her and leave.
