The case of Aryan Khan, son of Shahrukh Khan, who was arrested from the rave party going on a cruise in Mumbai, is now gaining momentum. There is a lot of controversy on this matter on social media too. At the same time, some people have accused NCB of targeting Shahrukh. Meanwhile, NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede has given a big statement, refuting all these allegations.
We are not targeting anyone – Sameer Wankhede.
While talking to the English newspaper Times of India, Sameer Wankhede said, “We are not targeting anyone. We have nothing against him. We have arrested more than 300 people in the last ten months. Of these, at most, 4 to 5 will be known people. So how can you say that we are targeting someone? Most of the people arrested in the last one year are hardcore, drug-related offenders.”
NCB always works to stop drugs
Wankhede also said that media coverage is done only when a famous person is caught breaking the law. He explains that NCB works to eliminate the menace of drugs by arresting peddlers and suppliers throughout the year. Concluding his talk, he said that NCB is also inquiring about such activities and parties from the event organisers.
Aryan Khan did not get bail.
On Saturday night, NCB had raided the rave party going on a cruise going from Mumbai to Goa. From where many people were caught red-handed taking drugs. NCB also arrested Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan from this party. Who was presented in the court yesterday? At the same time, the court did not grant him bail and sent him to the custody of NCB till 7 October.
