For this, you need 1/2 cup boiled kidney beans, 1/2 cup boiled gram, one onion, cup cabbage, 1 tsp lemon juice, tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp chopped coriander and black salt as per taste. Will be.

First of all, boil the rajma. Remove the kidney beans from the water. Could you put it in a bowl? Add chopped onion and cabbage to the cooked kidney beans. You can consume this salad to lose weight. For this, soak moong dal till it sprouts well and then uses it to make a salad. The amount of protein in sprouts is very high. It is shallow in calories, which helps in weight loss. For this, you will need 1 cup sprouted moong dal, onion, one cucumber, one tomato, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, tsp chaat masala and black salt as per taste.

How to make it

Take sprouted moong dal and put it in a pressure cooker. Add water to it and give it a whistle. Drain out all the moisture. Wash the cooked sprouts in cold water. Gather the sprouts in a bowl. Add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt. This is how Sprouted Salad will be ready.
