They found that consuming one serving of pizza shortened life by 7.8 minutes; soft drinks shortened life by 12.4 minutes, hot dogs by 36 minutes, and cheeseburgers by 8.8 minutes.
Age will increase by eating these foods.
Professor Olivier Joliot, who was involved in the research team, said, ‘The results that have come out in the research will help people to improve their health and the environment. People should also change their diet to improve human health and the environment.
The research was done on some such things in the study, and it was found that by eating these things, your age can increase for some time. For example, eating peanut butter and jam sandwich increases the life span by 33.1 minutes.
Eating baked salmon fish increases the lifespan by 13.5 minutes. On the other hand, eating tomatoes increases the lifespan by 3.8 minutes and by eating avocado, 1.5 minutes of age increases.
