Recently, an incident in Delhi caught everyone’s attention. Here a person has died due to momos getting stuck in his neck. According to AIIMS, this was the first such case in the country in which a person died due to momos getting stuck in the windpipe. After this, the debate about fast foods has started anew because the discussion about the harm they cause to health has been going on for a long time. Now there is a danger of imminent death due to this.
Apart from momos, noodles are also prevalent in fast food. It tastes delicious because the colour chemical added confuses the taste receptors. This chemical keeps the noodles fresh for a more extended period. Long-term consumption of noodles causes the taste receptors to lose their natural power. As a result, loss of appetite occurs.
Ajinomoto, which enhances the taste and keeps the food fresh, is readily available in stores. Saccharin, Cyclamate, and Amesulf, which improve food taste, have been considered to cause cancer. A study by the Mysuru-based Food Technology Research Institute has found that the amount of pesticide chemicals such as DDA, BHC and malathion in fast food used in India exceeds human tolerance limits. Fast food and packaged food are ruining health.

This is why the World Health Organization has warned that if the dietary culture is not improved, then by 2030, the number of people with cancer and other deadly diseases in all countries of the world will be very high. In Indians, the cases of diabetes are increasing a little more. Children are getting more attracted to fast food. They are also being seen by connecting them with the standard of living.
Most fast foods are deficient in vitamin C, iron folate and riboflavin. Having cream is high in calories, fat and sodium. They lack the nutrients that the body needs. This weakens the digestive system. At the same time, these diets are also contrary to the Indian weather, conditions and culture. We have hot, humid weather. In this season, only natural, digestible and natural-tasting indigenous items should be part of the diet, but this is not happening.
We have malnourished children on one side and children who are sick from fast food. So what will be the future of the country? Therefore, it must be understood that fast food should never become permanent food for children. Otherwise, their future may be ruined.
