Method to make Mughlai Paratha
First Of All, Knead The Flour, Maida, Salt By Adding Little Water
Then Add Oil To It And Knead It Once Again
Crack The Egg, Mix Onion, Red Chili Powder, Green Chili, Chaat Masala, Coriander Leaves And Salt And Beat It Well.
After That, Take The Dough And Make A Dough Of It And Keep The Pan On Low Flame And Apply Oil On It.
Then Put The Bell Roti On It And Spread The Egg Mixture On Top Of The Roti.
Now Fold It From All Sides And Fry It Well From Both The Sides.
