Ingredients of Suji Kheer Recipe
- Roasted cashew nuts – 4 tbsp
- Milk – 6 cups
- Semolina – 6 tbsp
- Raisins – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chironji – 2 tsp
- Sugar – 9 tbsp
- Green cardamom 10 pieces
Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina. Keep frying the semolina to roast it evenly. Keep the flame low and wait till the semolina turns golden in colour. Now add roasted cashew nuts.

Add milk and mix well, then add sugar to it. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined well. Let the kheer boil so that the kheer becomes slightly thick. Meanwhile, after removing the outer layer, grind the cardamom seeds finely. When the kheer becomes thick, add raisins, cardamom powder and chironji to it.

Keep driving continuously. After the kheer is cooked, switch off the gas. Let it come to room temperature and serve. You can also store it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge to cool down.
