Upma Recipe Material:
- 2 Cups Semolina
- 2 Tsp Ghee
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- Chopped Onion
- 2 Green Chilies
- Peas 1/2 Bowl
- Shredded Carrots
- 4-5 Curry Leaves
- Yoghurt 3 Tbsp
- Water
- Salt To Taste
Method:
Firstly, Keep The Pan On Low Flame To Heat. After That, Add Ghee To It And Fry The Semolina. When The Color Of Semolina Changes Slightly, Take It Off And Keep It Aside. Then Add Ghee In The Same Pan. When The Ghee Becomes Hot, Add Mustard Seeds To It. When Mustard Seeds Crackle, Add Green Chilies And Onions And Stir.
As Soon As The Onions Are Fried, Add Carrots, Peas To Them. Let It Cook Till It Becomes Soft. After That, Add Curry Leaves To It. Also, Add Water And Salt. As Soon As It Comes To Boil, Add Semolina And Keep Stirring. Then Add Curd To It And Mix It Well. Let The Upma Become Spongy By Adding Curd. Now Take It Off. Your Restaurant Style Upma Is Ready.
