On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the Haryana government gave women gifts. Haryana government has announced that women can travel free of cost on roadways buses in the state from 12 noon on August 10. Haryana Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma said that while giving the gift of Raksha Bandhan to women, the government has decided to provide free travel facility in Haryana Transport buses this year so that sisters can tie rakhi at their brothers’ homes.
The Transport Minister said that Chief Minister Manohar Lal had approved a proposal today. He said that the travel facility will start from 12 noon on August 10, 2022, and will remain till 12 midnight on the day of Raksha Bandhan on August 11, 2022. This facility will be given in ordinary and standard buses.
In fact, at the festival of Raksha Bandhan, the Haryana government will provide free bus travel facilities to women this time too. Every year women are given the gift of free travel on behalf of the Khattar government. According to the order issued, women can travel with children for up to 15 years without payment on this day.
हरियाणा सरकार ने महिलाओं को रक्षाबंधन का तोहफा देते हुए इस वर्ष भी हरियाणा परिवहन की बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा सुविधा प्रदान करने का निर्णय लिया है।
मुफ्त यात्रा की सुविधा 10 अगस्त, 2022 को दोपहर 12 बजे से आरम्भ होकर 11 अगस्त, 2022 रक्षाबंधन के दिन मध्य रात्रि 12 बजे तक रहेगी।

Haryana Transport Minister Pandit Moolchand Sharma announced that Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had permitted free travel for women in buses on the day of Raksha Bandhan. Free travel for children up to 15 years
The Transport Minister said that our department has been providing this facility to the women of the state on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan for the last several years so that they do not face any problems reaching their loved ones. She said she could also take advantage of free travel by taking children up to the age of 15 years. However, this was not allowed during the Kovid-19 epidemic. The minister said there had been a decline in the cases of corona infection, so the government has decided to implement this facility.
