Noida flat owner bodies ruled for pet parents: The terror of pet dogs is coming to the fore in many small and big cities, including the country’s capital. The breeds of these dogs may be different, but these animals are wreaking havoc on humans.
In such a situation, after the frequent reports of pitbull/dog bites and attacks in the recent past, the flat owner’s bodies present in the societies of Noida and adjoining districts have laid down guidelines for the families keeping pets. Huh.
Guidelines for Pet Owners
According to the new rules implemented by these housing societies, pet owners are required to wear safety masks when taking their dogs out, not to use elevators with dogs and the breed of the dog, its vaccination details and by the government.
According to the rules, the Noida Authority or Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has been asked to share the details of their pet registration with the society. Pet owners have also been advised to install a safety collar. In some places, it has also been said that pet owners must ensure that no one is threatened by their pet dog.
The atmosphere of fear in these societies
New guidelines have been issued for keeping pet dogs in Orange County of Ghaziabad district, Prateek Wisteria in Noida and ATS Paradiso in Greater Noida. At the same time, the association of Charms County Society, where a dog recently bit a child in the lift, has also asked those keeping pet dogs not to use the lift with pets.
Similarly, while taking the dogs out for a walk, they have been asked to keep their mouth securely closed so the dog cannot bite anyone. The makers of these rules say that they are taking precautionary measures as fear of the dreaded dogs of society has increased in most of the flat owners.
Furious Pet Owners Respond
Some of these rules are out of bounds and discriminatory. Therefore, pet owners say these rules have been made without discussing or interacting with them. They do not fully accept the new rules and regulations in such a situation.
Some say that such rules, which have no legal basis, only create division and more enmity among people. At the same time, some say that earlier, people used to love dogs everywhere, but hatred and hatred for them have increased all around.
