This tree can be cultivated in any climate.
Safeda is also known as Nilgiri in many places. This plant can grow in all types of climates. Also, it can be cultivated in any soil. However, on land with a pH value between 6.5 to 7.5, this plant develops very rapidly.
Other crops can also be planted in between the trees.
The best thing for the farmers cultivating Safeda is that you can plant profitable crops in a short time between these trees. These crops remove the cost of cultivation of Safeda. Apart from this, good profit is also available. You can plant beneficial plants like turmeric, ginger, linseed and garlic in the middle of these trees.
The government does not encourage its cultivation.
Safeda cultivation is not encouraged so much by the government. It is believed that the groundwater level goes down due to its cultivation. However, no notification has been issued by the government regarding this. Still, if farmers cultivate this tree in just ten years, one acre of cultivation can earn up to Rs.
Profit up to one crore
It takes 10 to 12 years for the white plants to become fully prepared and become trees. Its cultivation cost is also less. The weight of a tree is around 400 KG. About one to a half thousand trees can be planted in a one-hectare field. After the tree is ready, farmers can easily earn 70 lakh to one crore by selling these woods.
