This Girl Reduced 44 Kg Weight, Did Transformation With This Technique


Transformation Journey:  A 23-year-old girl has reduced her weight by about 40 kg by controlling her eating habits. After weight loss, it has become difficult to recognize the girl. Sydney-based Abby Williams started working in a restaurant at 14 for extra pocket money. The job meant she could eat any number of french fries, burgers and ice cream during her shift.

It is everyone’s dream to have unlimited tasty foods. What was it then gradually, Abby’s weight increased, and his weight became 98 kg in no time. Then Abby did something that she lost 40 kg, and today, Abby’s weight is only 58 kg. During the interview, Abby Williams told me about the factors behind this AB transformation.

This is how the idea of ​​weight loss came.

Abby told me during an interview that my weight was not that much from the beginning; my weight increased so much after coming to my job. My weight and waist size increased continuously by eating fries, burgers and ice cream. Due to the increasing importance, I was demotivated and could not even look at myself in the mirror.


Abby Williams said I did not know then why my weight was increasing. If I had known at that time what was causing my weight gain, I could have controlled myself at that time as well. Finally, in 2017, when I weighed 98 kg, I could not get a single dress to go to the party. Just that day, I thought I wanted to lose weight, and in 2018 I started my fitness journey.

Such is the beginning of the fitness journey.

Abby Williams said she left his bad eating habits and started eating healthy things. She ate a Bacon and Egg McMuffin for breakfast. After this, she used to eat a cheeseburger with six nuggets for lunch. Apart from this, she drank orange juice and lemonade throughout the day.

Abby further said, “After quitting fast food habits and counting calories, I used to walk at least 10 thousand steps. By doing this in just 18 months, I lost 44 kg. But I just gained 4 kg from the back.” So that I can stay fit, losing weight doesn’t always mean healthy. My weight was 54 kg, but at that time, I was not feeling healthy from the inside, so I increased my weight by 4 kg, and now I feel much better.”


Focus on walking and exercise

Abby Williams said, at first, I focused on walking more but gradually started exercising and joined a nearby gym. After this, I gained lean muscle mass and toned my body. At first, I just focused on eating fewer calories. Then as I started walking, I realized a lot of differences. I now love doing weight training and exercise five days a week.

Abby Williams takes a balanced diet.

According to Abby, she takes a balanced diet these days. Once every two months, she also eats fast food of her choice. Which includes cheeseburger, ham and cheese toasty, chicken or cheeseburger etc. People should start losing weight and never give up the habit; the weight is reduced quickly.
