Prepare Healthy Apple Milkshake at Home in Minutes


Apple milkshake is one of the easiest recipes that can be made in just a few minutes. Along with this, it is rich in protein it contains a high level of nutrients. You can make this milkshake by mixing your favourite fruits and milk. It is not only delicious but also very healthy. Let’s know its recipe.

Apple Milkshake Ingredients

  1. Apple – 2
  2. Milk – 2 cups
  3. Cinnamon powder – 2 pinch
  4. Sugar – 2 tsp
  5. Almonds – 20
  6. Ice cubes – 2

Step 1

Wash and peel the apple and cut it. Put these chopped apples in the blender.


Step – 2

Put half the milk, sugar and nuts in the blender. Mix until smooth.

Step – 3


Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes to it. Blend again until foamy.

Step – 4

Now your apple milkshake is ready to be served. Just pour it in a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon in it.
