Gobi Pakora Recipe: In the winter season, the fun of eating pakoras with cup of hot tea is different. If you are tired of the usual potato, onion pakoras, you can make gobi like pakoras. Ingredients for making Cabbage Pakora

1 cup gram flour 1 tsp red chilli powder one green chilli 1 tsp garlic paste 1 cup mustard oil one small cauliflower salt as required 1 tsp ginger paste 2 tbsp coriander leaves

How to make Cabbage Fritters

Step – 1 Prepare the Batter

Take out the gram flour in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and coriander leaves. Now add water in different amounts, mix well, and prepare a lump-free solution. The batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.

Step – 2 Heat the oil

Put mustard oil in a pan and keep it on medium-high flame. Let it heat until the smoke leaves from it. To remove the smell of mustard oil, heat it well.

Step – 3 Cut the Cauliflower

Now wash and dry the cabbage well. Cut the florets and collect them in a bowl.

Step – 4 Fry the pakoras

Now dip one floret in the batter and put it in hot oil. Please repeat this step and fry all the cauliflower florets till they turn golden brown from outside.
