Pav Bhaji Recipe In Street Style: Pav Bhaji is Maharashtrian street food prepared with various vegetables and spices. Pav Bhaji is delicious to eat, and you can make it and serve it to guests at any party or function. Today we have brought you the recipe for making Pav Bhaji, following the easy steps of which you can make it comfortably at home.

To make Pav Bhaji, you need butter, tomato, peas, capsicum, potato, salt, Kashmiri red chilli, turmeric, kasoori fenugreek, coriander, kasoori methi, ginger garlic paste, onion, lemon juice, and red food. Colour and pav will be needed. So let’s start making it without delay.

Make Pav Bhaji Like This

To make Pav Bhaji Recipe, first put butter in a pan and let it heat up; after the butter is hot, add tomatoes, peas, capsicum, potatoes and salt and fry it. After this, add water, mix it well, cover it, and bring it to a boil. Then mash all the vegetables and take care that no lumps remain.

After this, add a spoonful of Kashmiri red chilli, a little turmeric, kasoori fenugreek, and green coriander and fry it for some time. Now make space by sticking the prepared vegetable on the side of the pan and put butter, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and kasoori fenugreek in the middle.

Further, add coriander leaves, ginger paste, onion and lemon juice and fry everything properly. Add red food colour and water to it and boil while mashing potatoes and other vegetables. Now put butter in the pav and heat it. Now serve pav bhaji with chopped lemon, onion and butter.
