No entry in jail without COVID report
Even after Achit’s arrest, both Aryan and Arbaaz were in the custody of NCB. Even then, nothing was investigated till the time he appeared in court. The lawyers representing the accused believe that the presence of the accused in the custody of NCB is not necessary as the situation remains the same.
Hence all the eight accused are sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Let us tell you that by the time this decision came, it was seven o’clock in the evening. It was not possible to send the accused to jail after six o’clock without a COVID vid report. Therefore, on Thursday night, the judge ordered all the accused to be kept in judicial custody in the NCB lock-up.
