A case of murder has been registered against Ashish. According to the FIR, Ashish was sitting in the car that crushed the farmers. Along with this, there is also an allegation of firing bullets against Ashish.
According to the information, an FIR has been registered on the complaint of Jagjit Singh of Bahraich district. It has been said in the FIR that the violence was pre-planned. For this, the minister and his son hatched a conspiracy. It is alleged that provocative statements were made by the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs.
This led to violence, and eight people died. It has also been written in the FIR that the farmer had gathered on Maharaj Agrasen Inter College grounds and was protesting peacefully against Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya going to Banbir.
Charge of firing
The FIR states that around 3 pm, Ashish Mishra reached Banbirpur in three vehicles with 15-20 armed men. Ashish, Mahindra Thar was sitting in the car. After getting there, they started firing and trampled on the farmers and went ahead. At the same time, eight people, including four farmers, have died in the violence. No accused has been arrested in the incident so far. Not only this, the police have not been able to identify the people who carried out the incident.
