In Bhojpur, Bihar, two youths who smuggled arms posing as fake BSF jawans have been arrested by the STF. These smugglers were carrying out the racket of arms and bullet smuggling with the help of fake ID cards and fake arms licenses from the Border Security Force. Bihar STF team has arrested two notorious arms smugglers from Ara railway station.
Smugglers used to carry out arms smuggling with the help of fake ID cards from the Border Security Force. He used to take consignments of illegal weapons from the train with the help of a fake I-card of BSF. The arrested smugglers have been identified as Vicky Tiwari and Birman Tiwari. STF has recovered a regular DBBL gun, a 7.62mm pistol, 554 live cartridges, magazines, fake I-cards of BSF, two fake arms licenses, Rs 700 cash and two mobile phones.
Arrested Vicky Tiwari is a resident of Badi Saman of ward number 7 of Shahpur police station in Bhojpur district. At the same time, Birman Tiwari is a resident of ward number 13 in Gamharia of Nokha in Rohtas district.
The fake license of Jammu and Kashmir and Nagaland
According to the STF official, they have been smuggling arms and bullets for a long time. The fake licenses recovered from them are from Jammu, Kashmir, and Nagaland. Through this fake license, both used to buy large consignments of bullets from Haryana and Punjab and then supply them to different places in Bihar.
Bihar Police are also interrogating.
Now the arrested arms smuggler is being questioned by the STF and the team of Bhojpur police. Since when were they using fake BSF ID cards? Where were they going to supply the consignment of recovered arms and bullets? Where were they going? Who are the people in their connections in Bihar and other states? Based on this, they are being questioned. The police hope that they can reveal something big in the interrogation.
