Police were informed about the bomb blast. After this, the police reached the spot and investigated. Two women were found in the house of the accused, who is blind. They are unable to say anything in this matter.
The accused escaped leaving the village.
According to the information received, Suku Sheikh, a resident of Lakhanpur village, was working on making indigenous bombs on Thursday evening. Unfortunately, the bomb exploded during the making. There was a loud sound when the bomb exploded. Villagers gathered in large numbers with loud voices.
During this, Suku Sheikh escaped leaving the village. Here, the villagers informed the Mufassil police about the incident. After the information, the team in charge of the Mufassil police station reached the spot along with force and inquired about the matter.
Absconding accused
In this regard, the charge station, Amar Kumar Minj, said that the villagers received the information about the bomb blast. After the report, the investigation started after reaching the spot and the team force. In the investigation, four coconut boxes, some hollow pieces of coconut, twine etc., have been recovered.
During this, Suku Sheikh, accused of making bombs, escaped. Police are conducting raids for his arrest. He said that there was no casualty in the blast. There are two women in his family; both women are blind. They are unable to say anything in this matter.
