CBSE 10th Results 2021: Delhi High Court Issues Notice To CBSE

CBSE 10th Results 2021: The Delhi High Court Has Issued Notices To The Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE). The Center As Well As The Delhi Government Regarding The Board’s Class 10 Marks Evaluation Scale. A Petition Was Filed In The Delhi HC Seeking Amendment In The Marks Evaluation Policy For Class 10th Marks Issued By CBSE On May 1, 2021, The Court Has Sought A Response.

This Comes Soon After The Center Yesterday Announced Its Decision To Cancel The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 As Well, While The Marks Evaluation Policy For Class 12 Is Yet To Be Decided. It May Gets Delayed Due To A Petition Challenging The Class 10th Policy.

Though The Details Of The Petition Are Not Available At The Moment. There Have Been Several Reports Of Students And Teachers Not Being Happy With The Marks Evaluation. Several People Had Even Approached The Board, Which Had Organized A Webinar To Answer The Questions.

CBSE 10th Results 2021: Marks Evaluation

As Per The Policy Issued On May 1, Students Will Be Given Marks based on Their Internal Examinations. Students Will Are Given Marks Out Of 10, 30 And 40 For Their Periodic. Half Yearly And Pre-Board Examinations Conducted By The School Throughout The Year. These Marks Will Be Given Out Of 80 Marks.

Schools Are Also Required To Moderate The Marks based on The School’s Historical Performance In The CBSE Class 10th Examinations. The Board To The Schools has provided these Marks And Percentage Ranges.
