The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has announced to give a bonus on Diwali to its employees and pensioners. The government has issued its orders. This decision of the Yogi government will benefit lakhs of employees and pensioners of the state. This bonus will be available to all those employees who have completed at least one year of service by March 31 2021.

Such employees whose service must have been at least one year till March 31 2021.
Daily wage workers who have worked for three years or more as of March 31 2021.
Pensioners will also get it. Employees who have retired after March 31, 2021, will also be given this bonus.
These employees will not get
Such employees are against whom any disciplinary action is going on at the departmental level or against whom any case is going on in any court.
Apart from this, such employees have been punished in any disciplinary action or criminal case in 2021-22.
How do I get this bonus?
75% of this bonus coming in the salary of the same month will be paid in EPF account and 25% in cash. If an employee is not an EPF account, the amount will be deposited in the National Saving Certificate (NSC) or Public Provident Fund (PPF). At the same time, the employees who retire after March 31, 2021, and those who will retire on April 30, 2022, will be given the total bonus in cash.
