Collision of Bus and Truck in Dadar Mumbai: The bus leaving from Marol bus depot in Mumbai and going on the number 22 route has had a significant accident in the Dadar area. The bus was coming from behind; the truck was already parked near the signal.
According to the information received, this accident happened at 7.15 am. Suddenly the driver’s balance got disturbed and the bus collided with the dumper truck near the TT circle of Dadar. This dumper was standing in front near the signal. The bus came from behind and hit it.
The front part of the bus was shattered entirely in this accident. The name of the bus driver is Rajendra, and the name of the conductor is Kashiram Dhuri. The age of the driver is 53 years, and that of the conductor is 57 years. Both the driver and the conductor were seriously injured. Eight people have been injured in the accident.
The injured were admitted to Sion Hospital.
The names of the injured passengers are as follows – Tahir Hussain (age-52), Rupali Gaikwad (age-36), Sultan (age-50); the condition of these three passengers is very critical. Apart from these, the condition of 16-year-old Shravani Maske, 17-year-old Vaidehi Bamane and 52-year-old Mansoor is stable.
All the injured passengers have been admitted to Sion Hospital. According to the information given by BMC, the treatment of the injured is started in this hospital. How the accident happened is being investigated.
