A jawan opened fire on the mess on Sunday morning at the BSF (Border Security Force) headquarters in the Amritsar district of Punjab. In the firing, four jawans have died, and two are seriously injured. At the same time, the jawan who fired shots shot himself after some time. He also died on the way to the hospital. The jawan who opened fire has been identified as Constable Satyappa SK of Battalion 144. A dispute of duty is said to be the reason for the firing.
Constable Fired In BSF Mess
According to the information, Battalion 144 were having breakfast in the mess of BSF Headquarters located in Khasa. During this, constable Satyaappa SK of Battalion 144 came in a rage and started firing indiscriminately. It has been told that Satyappa was angry about the duty.
The incident caused a stir in the headquarters. By firing bullets in a mess, Satyappa killed 4 of his comrades. While a jawan Rahul was seriously injured. Satyappa did not stop even at this. He ran out of the mess with his service combine and continued to fire.
Shot himself for fear of being caught
Fearing to be caught in the end, Satyappa shot himself too. Four jawans died on the spot, while constable Satyaappa and one other injured jawans were rushed to the hospital. Satyappa died on the way. Doctors declared him brought dead at Guru Nanak Dev Hospital. While the treatment of the other injured constable is still going on, the condition remains critical.

Injured jawan Rahul’s mother, Uma Devi, also reached Guru Nanak Dev Hospital. His tears didn’t stop. Uma Devi said that Satyappa had gone mad and fired like crazy everywhere. He roasted whoever came in front of him. In this, his son Jawan Rahul also got bullets. The relatives of the deceased jawans and top BSF officials have reached the spot. Police have also started an investigation going into the area. At present, the BSF officials are keeping silent on this whole incident.
