There was an uproar in the university campus after this incident which came out on Wednesday. In this case, the police have registered a case against the person who organized the protest under the sedition law. University administration has said to investigate this matter.

VC of Mysore University, Dr. G. Hemant Kumar said that an inquiry has ordered in this matter. He said that a committee form. According to the report, 2 boys had taken this poster. The university administration says that a young man who waved the poster has identified, but he is not a student of the university. While another young man being identified. Dr. G. Hemant Kumar has said that the police have given visuals of the demonstration to the university and it is being investigated.

Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai has reacted strongly to the Free Kashmir poster. He said that some people are carrying out such incidents. He said that those who do this want to help Pakistan through social media. Said that he is talking to the commissioner of Mysore.
Congress Suspects RSS
On this incident, Congress spokesperson Brijesh Kalappa has said that if someone has waved such posters in his hometown then it is a strange thing. He said that the police should investigate whether people doing this not connected to the RSS. If it is not, then the person who does so should be punished. Further, he also said that if the person who waved the poster wants to say that Kashmir is a part of India, but restrictions should remove from there, then it should also be clarified. Congress said that they feel that this is the work of the RSS.
