Talking to Spot News 18, Amit Mishra, cousin of Ashish Mishra, said that there is no point in running away. Ashish will appear before the SIT; otherwise, by the evening, Ashish will reach the SIT. There is nothing to hide; Ashish will appear before the SIT.
Amit said that this is propaganda spread by the Congress; Ashish was in Banveerpur at that time (at the time of the incident), meaning he was not on occasion.

Along with Ashish Mishra, Sumit Jaiswal is also looking for Lakhimpur Police. Based on the statements of Ashish Pandey and Luv Kush, a search has also been started for Sumit Jaiswal. Ashish Mishra and Sumit Jaiswal will also be questioned among the seven accused who have come forward.
