Today, i.e. on December 31, Pushpraj Jain will hold a press conference with Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. According to India Today, this press conference will be held on time even after the raids. Politics started on this as soon as the news of raids came to Pampi Jain. There has been a reaction from the Samajwadi Party to this. A tweet from SP said,

“As soon as Akhilesh Yadav Ji announced the press conference in Kannauj, the BJP government started carrying out guerilla action at the place of SP MLC Pampi Jain. BJP’s fear and anger is clear; people are ready to teach a lesson to BJP!”

Pushpraj Jain appealed to the government for tax exemption

On Thursday, December 30, Pumpi Jain appealed to the government to tax the traders. In an interview given to Aaj Tak, he had said,

“When the business progresses, the country will move forward…the government should create a business environment for the businessmen so that the country benefits. This is a difficult time.

In such a situation, the government should make such policies to enjoy doing business. Because the business will prosper, then the country will move forward…the government should consider giving tax exemption to the perfume industry.”
