If the Finance Ministry approves the proposal, then the government will give a subsidy of Rs 303 to the dealers of petroleum companies, and you will get the same discount on the price of the LPG cylinder. For the gas cylinder, you will get, you will have to pay only Rs 587, not Rs 900.

  • To link your gas connection to mobile, go to your company’s website, such as Hindustan Petroleum, Indian Oil or Bharat Petroleum.

  • Now enter your 17 digit LPG ID.
  • Verify it and submit it.
  • Now fill in all the other information, including the date of booking.
  • After this, you can get all the information related to the subsidy here.

If you are not very capable of running the website, you can also get updated information related to Gas Cylinder Subsidy by calling the customer care number 1800-233-3555. In April, the last time in 2020, the government transferred a subsidy of Rs 147.67 to the customers’ accounts. Then the price of the cylinder was Rs 731. After this LPG cylinder became costlier by Rs.205. Now people have to take an LPG cylinder for Rs 900.
