In the COVID Task Force meeting to deal with Corona in Maharashtra, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray proposed an eight-day lockdown. Simultaneously, some members of the task force were in favour of a 14-day strict lockdown.

On the other hand, the 14-day lockdown has been advocated in Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana today. It is written in Saamana, “If you want to break the chain of corona infection. Then there is no option other than lockdown. If there is any other option, tell Mr Fadnavis if the ‘economic cycle’ of losing people will stop. Strict lockdown and restrictions are unavoidable, says the Chief Minister .. ”

Along with this, it is written in the face that Leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis was present in the all-party meeting called by the Chief Minister. Mr Fadnavis and his party have a different opinion regarding the lockdown. Not a lockdown at all. If this happens, people’s anger will erupt. There is absolutely no truth in this claim of Fadnavis; it is not so.
