Mirage Fighter Plane Tire Found: Thieves have returned the stolen tire of the Mirage Fighter Plane from a truck in Lucknow. These thieves say they did not know that this tire belonged to the fighter plane. The thieves say that they took it as a truck tire. However, even after getting the tire, the police is taking further legal action in this matter.
What did the police tell?
On Saturday, December 4, the Lucknow Police Commissionerate issued a statement confirming the discovery of the stolen tyres. The report said that two youths handed over the tires of the fighter aircraft Mirage to the Air Force officials at BKT Air Force Station. The thieves had stolen this tire from the side of Shaheed Path. A case was registered in this matter on December 1.
According to Lucknow Police Commissionerate, this tire was stolen by two youths named Deepraj and Himanshu. 31-year-old Deepraj is a truck driver by profession. He is the uncle of the second accused, 18-year-old Himanshu. Both are residents of Vikram Khand of the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow.

Both told that on the night of November 26, between 10:30 and 10:45, a tire was found on Shaheed Path, which they brought home as a truck tire. On December 3, he saw that a wheel of Miraj had been stolen on the news. Even in the report, the incident was told of Shaheed Path itself.
That’s why they felt that the tire they brought was not of the truck but the plane. After this, they handed over this tire to the Air Force officers.

What happened?
According to Lucknow Police, this incident of theft was on November 27. But in this case, an FIR was registered on December 1. A truck from Lucknow’s Bakshi Ka Talab Air Force Station was going to Jodhpur’s Air Force Station carrying some Air Force items, including five tires of fighter jet Mirage. This truck was being driven by a driver named Hem Singh Rawat. Hem Singh told the police,
“This incident happened between 10.30 and 12.30 pm. At that time, there was a jam on Shaheed Path, due to which the truck was moving slowly, some people were riding in a black Scorpio behind the truck, those people climbed the truck from behind and cut the belt, and a part of the fighter plane Stole the wheel.”
According to the police, Hem Singh Rawat came to know about this incident after a long time, but as soon as he came to know about the theft, he immediately informed the police. After this, a case was registered under section 379 at Ashiana police station in Lucknow.
