Mumbai School Reopen Guidelines: Schools in Mumbai will start on October 4. Classes VIII to XII will begin from October 4. Schools in Mumbai will be created by strictly following the rules given by the state government. Schools will be filled in one day as per the rules. Only one student will be allowed to sit on one bench. Also, the parents will enable the student to come to school, informed Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar.

70 per cent of teachers have been vaccinated

A particular vaccination campaign for teachers is underway in Mumbai. About 70 per cent of teachers have been vaccinated. Out of 10 thousand teachers of the municipality, only 7 thousand teachers have been vaccinated. All these will be reviewed, said Mayor Pednekar.

Schools in the state will start following the Corona rules.

The state has decided to start schools from October 4. Classes 5 to 12 in rural areas and 8th to 12th in urban areas will be created. The Chief Minister has approved to start of the school. All powers have been given to the District Collector to start the school. Schools will continue to follow physical distance in the face of corona infection. Instructions have been received from the task force to start the school.

Parental consent is essential.

Schools start from October 4, but parents’ approval will be required to send students to school, said Varsha Gaikwad. Students whose parents disapprove should not be forced to attend said Varsha Gaikwad.

Corona rate reduced in Mumbai.

Corona rate has come down in Mumbai. Currently, the positivity rate is 0.06 per cent. Covid reports of one to two out of 100 are coming back positive. Also, 15% of patients are bedridden. He also informed us that 85% of the beds are empty.
