I indeed know Baba Aman. We had gone to the minister’s house in August, but the purpose was different. I went for some personal work. The head of the Nihang sect was talking about agricultural bills, but no money proposal was given to him in front of me. I don’t know what happened between him and Tomar?
The Spot News 18 called several times to talk to Gurmeet Singh, but his phone did not pick up.
On the other hand, amidst the discussion about Baba Aman Singh, the United Kisan Morcha tweeted,
Nihang chief Baba Aman Singh, whose group members were arrested for the brutal murder at the Singhu border, was seen in a meeting with BJP ministers.
In another tweet, the United Kisan Morcha wrote.
With new facts coming to the fore in the Singhu border case, it seems that there was a big conspiracy by the government. Conspiracy to divert attention from our three laws and MSP. But we stand by our demands. Agriculture law should be repealed, MSP law should be made.

At the same time, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa has said that Tomar’s picture with the Nihang leader has created doubt in the people’s minds. He said that the same Nihang leader was defending the main accused in the murder without naming anyone. He said in a statement,
In the wake of the recent revelations that one of the Nihang leaders was in touch with the Government of India, especially Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, the incident of lynching has now taken a completely different turn. It appears that there is a deep conspiracy to defame the farmers’ movement.
He said that Lakhbir Singh, a Dalit victim, a resident of Cheema Kalan village in Tarn Taran district, was extremely poor. We need to find out who lured them to the Singhu border and paid for their travels, as they could not even buy their food. The Deputy CM said that he had directed the local administration to determine under what circumstances the victim Lakhbir was taken from his house to the Singhu border.

The Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab also stated the viral picture. Said,
Given the available photographic evidence, the Nihang leader will also have to state from which authority he had met Union Agriculture Minister NS Tomar and whether the farmers’ organizations leading the campaign against the three black laws had asked him to do so.
Senior Punjab Congress leader Sunil Jakhar also raised questions. He tweeted
Instead of devising some ‘dreadful plan’ to solve the issue of the peasant movement, there is an easier way. If I can give it, my advice to the Government of India is to withdraw the ‘Black Farm Law’.
A Punjabi saying,

So far, neither the Union Ministers, the government, nor the BJP has received any statement. The Spot News 18 tried to talk to Aman Singh. When we wanted to ask about this on the phone, he hung up the phone.
Shiromani Akali Dal and Aam Aadmi Party have also demanded an inquiry into the killing on the Singhu border. So that the truth comes out. At the same time, former Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has made it clear that there is no conspiracy behind this incident, but the drug habit seen among the Nihang Sikhs is responsible. According to Captain Amarinder Singh, this murder was carried out while intoxicated.
Lakhbir Singh was assassinated on 15 October at the Singhu border. Lakhbir, a resident of Cheema village in Tarn Taran district, was first cut off an arm and leg with a sword, and after his death, his body was hung from a roadside barricade at some distance from the leading platform of the United Kisan Morcha.
The Nihangs present on the spot had claimed that Lakhbir had desecrated the religious text, for which he was punished. So far, four Nihang Sarabjit Singh, Narayan Singh, Bhagwant Singh and Govindpreet Singh have been arrested in this case.
