Domestic Travel Guidelines: The Airport Authority of India has issued a guideline for passengers travelling by domestic flights regarding the threat of Omicron Virus. There are different provisions in this for the airports of other states.

Arrangements have also been made for rapid antigen tests at many airports, so only the negative RTPCR report of 72 hours ago will work. A certificate of taking the full dose vaccine is required at some airports. There are also some airports where no restriction has been imposed except for thermal screening. Instructions have also been issued for Patna, Gaya and Darbhanga airports of Bihar.
Patna, Gaya and Darbhanga airports
Antigen test will be done for passengers arriving at Patna, Gaya and Darbhanga airports. But those passengers who have RTPCR report negative for 72 hours are exempted from the test. All the passengers must download the Arogya Setu App.
Mumbai and Pune airports
Passengers going to Mumbai and Pune will have to have the Arogya Setu app on their mobile. If the passenger has not taken both doses of the vaccine, then a negative RTPCR report of 72 hours before is necessary.
Passengers are coming to Ahmedabad who has taken both doses of corona vaccine 15 days before travel will be exempted from the RTPCR test.
After reaching Chennai airport, if corona symptoms are found in the passenger, 14 days will have to be quarantined. Those from Kerala to Chennai will have to keep a certificate of the doses and a negative RTPCR report. If you want to go out somewhere after reaching Chennai, then e-registration is necessary.
Those taking both doses will not be screened at the Guwahati airport. Those who did not take both doses will have a rapid antigen test. If the report is negative, there will be RTPCR, but Rs 250 will have to be paid.
Only thermal screening is required for all passengers at Bengaluru airport.
A negative RTPCR report is required at Amritsar Airport after taking both doses or 72 hours before. If not, there will be a rapid antigen test. If there is going to be a religious event, meeting, social work in the group, they will have to remain isolated for five days.
There will be no test for Hyderabad airport if both the doses are taken or if the RTPCR report of 72 hours before is negative.
Passengers going to Ranchi, who have taken both the vaccine doses 15 days before the journey and the RTPCR report of 72 hours before is negative, will be exempted from the rapid antigen test.
