Narada Purana devotees should fast on the day of Rama Navami. Install the idol of Lord Rama and light the lamp in the temple of the house. Light a pure ghee or a sesame oil lamp as well as sandalwood incense sticks. Offer roses, flowers, garlands and slave flowers. Offer white sweets and any white fruits.
