Section 144 Imposed In Varanasi Due To Increasing Corona Virus

Given the increasing cases of corona in UP’s Varanasi district, the administration has taken a big decision. Section 144 has been imposed in Varanasi on the order of the District Magistrate. After the increasing cases of corona in Kashi, District Magistrate Kaushal Raj Sharma has given this order. He said that section 144 would remain in force in the entire city till the following order. Apart from this, he has also strictly followed masks and social distancing at all public places.

According to the order, shops are allowed to open in the district till 9 pm. If the shop is found open after 9 pm, strict action will be taken. In the last 24 hours in Varanasi, 196 new cases of corona have been reported.

Besides nine deaths in UP, 2600 coronation cases have been confirmed UP. Apart from this, nine people have also died due to infection. A senior official of the health department gave information about this.

Additional Chief Secretary of the Medical and Health Department Amit Mohan Prasad said that during the last 24 hours, a total of nine more people were killed in various districts of COVID-19. With this, the number of people who died of this infection in the state has increased to 8820.
