Richa Dubey, the wife of gangster Vikas Dubey, who was killed in the famous Bikru case of UP, has not gotten relief from the Supreme Court. Richa had filed a petition to quash the FIR registered against her, which the Supreme Court rejected. Along with this, the court has also asked Richa Dubey to surrender in a week. The court said that if Richa files a bail petition after the surrender, it will be heard according to the law.

Rejecting Richa Dubey’s petition, the Supreme Court expressed surprise that when the charge sheet has also been filed, how can there be a demand to quash the FIR? At the same time, advocate Salman Khurshid, appearing for Richa, said he has filed a bail petition in the High Court.
Richa had demanded the cancellation of the FIR of fraud against her. Earlier, the Allahabad High Court had refused to quash the FIR in the case registered under sections 419 and 420. Richa challenged this decision of the High Court in the Supreme Court.
Richa is accused of allegedly using the servant’s SIM card without her consent. Richa is the wife of gangster Vikas Dubey. In July 2020, Vikas, along with his associates, killed eight police officers. After this, Vikas Dubey and five companions were piled up in separate encounters.
