Indian cricketers are extending a helping hand in the fight against the Coronavirus. BCCI has helped in this fight by Rs 51 crore. BCCI President Sourav Ganguly reached Ramakrishna Mission’s headquarters in Belur on Wednesday, where he donated 2000 kg of rice to the needy.

Sourav Ganguly tweeted, ‘I have come to Belur Math after 25 years. He was giving 2000 kg of rice to help the needy. ‘ Wearing a white t-shirt, Ganguly visited the monastery, sitting on a golf cart with the priests of the monastery. He was wearing a black mask.
Earlier, Sourav Ganguly had announced that he would provide rice worth 50 lakh rupees to the needy given the Coronavirus. Sourav Ganguly-led BCCI and many of India’s top cricketers have been a big help in this fight.
There is a 21-day lockdown due to Coronavirus in India. Because of these sports activities have been affected all over the world. The Tokyo Olympic Games have postponed for a year.
